Windows 10 How do I fix DNS errors that occur across all devices in my WiFi network?

I did all of these but stillclear cache in browsers, reset IP addresses, reset proxy, flush DNS, reset router, disabled anti-virus,Tried to change TCP/IP address to 8.8.8.8 but kept getting " "the dns server is not a valid ip address" error"
