Windows 10 How do I fix error code 0x800704cf in the Microsoft Windows store?

I also have this problem outside the store. My Microsoft to-do list doesn't work as well as my notes app. I have tried countless solutions. Reinstalling Windows, reset IP, reset DNS, and a million other commands. Reinstalling the Microsoft store also didn't work.
