Windows 10 How do I fix ERROR: Invalid argument specified INFOMSG: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Clipup.exe Usage: INFOMSG: -?/-h?

On startup of my machine, I get asked how to open a file I didn't ask to open. Every time, it gives me this:

ERROR: Failed! Error 0x80070057.


I tried to fix this with autorun, but couldn't find the file that as messing with my computer. The name of the file is Brock.
