On startup of my machine, I get asked how to open a file I didn't ask to open. Every time, it gives me this:

INFOMSG: -v Enables optional verbose logging
INFOMSG: -previd Device ID prior to hardware-related changes
INFOMSG: [path] Optional alternative output location for migrated data
ERROR: Failed! Error 0x80070057.
I tried to fix this with autorun, but couldn't find the file that as messing with my computer. The name of the file is Brock.
