Windows 10 How do I fix "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration"

So, the title says the problem. I followed this guides' intructions - Solved: Ethernet Doesn’t Have A Valid IP Configuration [Windows 10] - to try and fix the problem. It didn't.This issue has presented itself before, I could only fix it after resetting windows entirely. It hasn't even been 2 months since.Sincerely, having to reset windows every 2 months to fix this issue just doesn't seem viable, so I come to ask if anyone can give me a new solution or advice, I'd greatly appreciate it!!
