Windows 11 How do i fix my computer? it keeps adjusting the volume to zero!!!

I have tried everything ive seen from deleting the drivers, updating the drivers, messing with the services and device manger. Ive troubleshooted it. ive done everthing ive seen on youtube and read about. can anyone help?
