Windows 10 How do I fix my graphics card flickering in a radom colour after I leave it for a few minutes in windows 10?

So I recently bought a new graphics card (xfx rx 590) and when I go to do a different task I randomly notice my monitor flickering in a different colour so far blue or pink and it doesn't seem to stop until I turn it off and back on again. I don't know but it may be the fault of the power supply as its very low wattage for the gpu I have or the monitor as its really old.
