Windows 11 How do I fix my keyboard lag

Last night I upgraded my cooling system from a heatsink to a Thermalright Frozen Prism 240 and when I try to run a game, like GTA 5, I get keyboard lag that goes 1 letter per second. what I have notices is that it seems to happen when the cpu gets roughly over 45℃.
