Windows 11 how do i fix my laptop fan that runs at max even at idle for hours after running a heeavy app

Hi there! So I've been really stressed out over this issue on that my laptop doesn't decrease it's fan speeds after running a heavy application, it'll be running completely fine on idle but right after running a game the the cpu fan doesn't seem to decrease bback to its normal value for what seems hours despite 30 celsius cpu temp, moreover even after a restart the cpu fans will run at max. It's only when i leave it off for 2 days or more it returns back to it's normal rpm. the laptop is a Dell inspiron 15 3576
