Windows 10 How do I fix my laptop?

My laptop is a Fujitsu and it keeps typing the letter V and won’t let me type some other letters or numbers. It happens on all applications. I’ve tried to factory reset my laptop. Now I can’t even type in my wifi password. My laptop is 4 to 5 years old. I don’t know if it’s fully given up. I really need it to work. I have work to do.
