Windows 11 How do i fix pc freezing and buzzing sound while gaming and then switching to a blue screen and restarting?

Always when i play games my pc crashes atleast about 2 times per day and when it happens it freezes and gets buzzing sound and after thaz it comes up with a blue screen and then it restarts. I really want to fix it but is it even fixable?
