Windows 10 How do i fix pc when after i factory reset and try to set up a pin because it says pin is no longer availble and then when i try to set the pin up it

AFTER factory resetting my windows 10 and try to log in, It says your pin is longer availble and set it up, SO when i do try to set it up IT SAYS USER PROFILE CANNOT BE LOADED. I have tried a lot of things but when i try to startup repair, and it asks for my password for my account i couldnt even remember my password and tried all my passwords. can anyone help me you would make my year.
