I am trying to import pictures from my camera - (not RAW) on to my new laptop, Windows 11. Getting the error message 'sorry photos can't open the file because the format is currently unsupported or the file is corrupted'. Have tried 'Reset' and 'Repair' on the Settings tab under Apps - Photos - Advanced Options but neither worked. Hesitant to try anything out of S mode given I then can't get back in to S mode if it doesn't work. Can anyone help?
