Windows 11 How do I fix the blue bubble around my cursor?

I have been facing the problem of a blue bubble around my cursor when I move my cursor too fast diagonally in the same path. I cannot single-click when the blue bubble appears around my cursor, which is really annoying. Could someone please help me fix this problem? I have already checked the control panel but to no avail. I have an ASUS Vivobook running Windows 11 x64/x86 64-bit system. The screenshot of the problem is not uploading onto this platform.
