Many people have tried to explain this, but the answers seem to be written by people who did not read the question thoroughly, please read exactly what I'm saying before you answer. The new update to paint does not allow for a white layer under the layer you are working on. Even if you fill the layer with white, it DOES NOT WORK! Whenever you delete a shape, or erase something, the under layer shows through as checkered and NOT WHITE. It does not matter how many layers you use, or what order they are in, or how many times you fill them with white paint, they still show through as checkered eve
