Windows 11 How do I fix the message that says "There was a problem resetting your PC". (I already tried the command in Command Prompt.)

I tried to do a fresh Windows 11 install using the USB Boot. After I finished the install, I noticed that my storage was extremely close to being full. I decided to do a reset, but when I try that, I keep getting the error message. I searched up solutions on YouTube, but nothing helped. Even the commands for Command Prompt did not work.
