Windows 11 How do I fix the quality of my laptop's screen?

Hello, I hope ur having a great day.Ever since I got the blue screen of death, My laptop's display has been terrible. The screen quality looks really bad. Before the crash, the screen quality was perfect. After the blue screen of death occurred, it seems grainy and pixelated. Sometimes, 1080p will look extremely pixelated, and if I try 2k or 4k, my screen becomes blurry and its laggy. Please help me. I tried everything from adjusting the nvidia control panel settings (which worked a little), to reinstalling my drivers. I also set my display to the native resolution.Im using Acer Helios 300 202
