Windows 10 How do I fix the strange color bug on my windows 10 apps?

So I have this problem where some, not all, of my applications on Windows 10 appear with strange inverted or what I can only assume are colorblind colors?It's so specific that I haven't been able to find anyone online with the same problem. I have already tried making reddit posts about it and I got no solutions from them. These apps include Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Teams, Opera GX, Steam, Twitch, Geforce Experience, Epic Launcher, the windows photos app, RPG maker games like Fear and Hunger, Discord and GOG Galaxy. There are probably more but I can't remember all of them. Weirdly it does not
