Windows 11 How do I fix "The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application" problem when closing apps?

Whenever I close an app (usually a game on Steam or other platform) I get an error that states "The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application." as well as a few other errors saying similarly disturbing things. Closing an app also opens Samsung Magician which I used to install my new Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB SSD and two (2) system 32 windows, one with text, one stock. I have already ran my antivirus (McAfee) multiple times and it has been clean every time. Nothing too malicious ha
