Windows 10 How do i fix the "Unsupported 16-bit application" message that minecraft gives me when i try to launch it?

I was having some issues with my laptop but I fixed it by resetting my computer but I kept my files. But when I re-downloaded Minecraft, I get the message, "The program or feature "\??\C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\Microsoft.4927127D64EC6_1.2.16.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Minecraft.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit version of Windows.
