Windows 11 How do I fix this issue

I was trying to get better performance out of my pc when gaming because it ran very slow. I read here that performing a “ clean boot” would work by disabling things in the settings and restarting. Now I have a message when I log in stating “ Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your pin again.” And the message that there are an overrun of stack based buffers. Should I take my pc to a specialist or is there a way to fix this?
