Windows 11 How do i fix when tabbing out of a game my pc freezes?

When I tab out of a game using windows key whether its Fullscreen or windowed Fullscreen my pc freezes. The only way I can get it to begin working again is restarting my pc with the power button and I know that turning the pc off with the power button is not recommended. I would like a actual solution instead of just like playing on windowed as having the window above is very annoying to me. My Parts: Ryzen 7 7700X32.0 GB of ramGIGABYTE G325E1TBGeForce RTX 3070 TiI have also done all windows updates that I could have done at the time posted and updated my GPU drivers with GeForce Experience.
