Windows 11 How do I force a game pass games to use my gpu instead of the cpu

I am trying to play Amnesia the bunker but the game simply wont utilize my gpu and relies solely on my cpu. this leads to downright awful performance. Every thread I fund recommends to use Nvidia control panel but i do not have this on my pc. I instead tried to use the computers graphics settings and the amd control panel but the game either didn't appear or it said I didn't have access to it. How can I fix this problem?
