I have a 2tb western digital harddrive pn WDBYFTOO20bbk0a. My computer is a HP15-f233wm With Windows 10 64bit operating system. I can't or don't know how to format the WD harddrive. I downloaded some software from WD website. But it is showing an error with their software. the current format is NFTS I think. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
