Windows 10 How do I format my volume that is Raw to Ntfs.

Im installing windows 10 from a bootable USB because boot manager failed. But I cant install it because all volumes are Raw (Except the usb). How can I format the volume?


When I type (format fs=ntfs) and hit enter in cmd. It sais (DiskPart has encountered an error: Incorrect parameter. See the System Event Log for more information.)
