Windows 10 How do I get a download from Microsoft Update Catalog to show up in Windows Update History in Settings?

Hello! I could not get KB5031356 to download and install correctly in my Windows 10 Home 22H2, so I downloaded it from Microsoft Update Catalog. It shows up in "Downloads" - but does not show up in Windows Update History from Settings. Does that affect its performance? I also did the Command Prompt of Dism /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth as a suggested "fix" in another spot and then re-ran Windows Update. It still does not show up as an "update" nor does it show up in "Update History". Any ideas of how to fix this? Thanks!
