Windows 10 How do I get access to my account again after windows services disabled and I don't remember my email or password?

So this issue with my laptop has been persists with an hour now, and since Microsoft Support has left me on hold for about 90 minutes now, I've decided to go here. I am currently used a HP Omen laptop where I have been experiencing random clicking for some reason when playing Genshin Impact. Even if I have the touchpad and my mouse off, it still clicks. I tried following the instructions under another community post, which I can't seem to locate currently, which told me to do Windows + R then to disabled all Microsoft Services and Restart.
