Windows 11 How do I get microsoft to stop sending me emails

Microsoft is sending me emails all the time. There is NO unsubscribe button. (Which is illegal in Canada)The worst part, is I do NOT have a Microsoft account, yet I continually get emails from Microsoft asking to secure my account, secure Windows 11 (Again, I do not have a Microsoft account and do not want one)How do we get Microsoft to stop this illegal behavior ? And it is annoying to constantly get emails about an account that does not exist.Please help
