Windows 11 How do I get my bluetooth back?

I am running Windows 11 and have no bluetooth icon, or a bluetooth option under network adapters. Under settings I have Bluetooth & Devices I do not have a bluetooth option. I have checked services and started the Bluetooth ones but still no joy.
