I recently bought my surface pro 6 (second hand) and it worked as it should for about a week or two. However, just an hour ago I was no longer able to use my touch screen. I specifically got a surface pro for the touch screen ability, so I could draw on the screen with my art programs. When I opened my art program it would not allow me to drag my stylus across the screen, rather "tap" it where the stroke began or ended. I decided I would just close and open my art program again and then the touch screen stopped functioning all together.I have tried restarting, resetting, disabling and re-enabl
