Windows 10 How do I get my Windows OS to boot after a reset?

My PC runs two OSs, Windows and Ubuntu. The windows was giving that constant "Bluescreen" Error, so I had to reset. Now, the Windows OS is not booting. At the point of booting into the OS environment, the system just keeps restarting. What should I do?
