Windows 11 How do I get OneDrive to run?

On my new PC, whenever I try to open an image, I get the message "One Drive is not running." It has no icon in the bar below, but it's listed in the program file. But I can't do anything with it. I can't open it to see if it's running or command it to do anything. So how can I get it to start working?
