Windows 10 How do I get Phone Link to answer calls automatically on the PC without it diverting the call to the phone.

My phone is connected fine to Phone Link. I can make calls fine. However, when a call comes in it is answered automatically and the PC/Phone Link defaults to the cell phone. To be able to engage with an incoming phone call on the PC, does auto answer have to be off on my cell phone? Is there no way to get Phone Link to answer automatically without the call being diverted to the phone.
