Windows 11 How do I get rid of an account/email in the "accounts used by other apps" section and make sure my normal email is the primary one?

In the "accounts used by other apps" section, my laptop seems to have selected an email I no longer have access to or use as its main account. How do I get rid of said account/email and make sure my normal email is the primary one?I've been going around in circles and I cannot find an answer or get in touch with anyone who does, please help!
