Windows 10 How do I get rid of the useless junk on the lock screen asking if I have seen the news and do I want to take a quiz?

I want this rubbish gone, if possible, as it ruins look of lock screen. And I hate being nagged for useless junk - a news quiz!?!? Seriously? Taskbar News notifications are off. There appears to be no setting for this anywhere. Please let me get rid of this nonsense?
