Windows 11 How do I get rid of this popup?

This started 3 days ago. When I go to LOCK my windows session by doing a START, then clicking on Profile Picture, I used to get an immediate menu where I could select LOCK. Now I get this popup instead. The only thing that can be performed is to hit the 3 dots which presents a popup to just "Sign OFF" . There is no way to select LOCK an more and the popup persistently comes up every time. Yes, I selected the two options "Microsoft 365" and "Cloud Storage" and found nothing there to disable this popup. I am on Windows 11 and use a LOCAL ACCOUNT signin, as I have on another identical PC which do
