Windows 10 How do I get rid of this?

I don't know how this happens (it's happened twice to me so far), but a random edge window appears that can't be closed, is on top of all windows, can't be touched (clicked), and appears even when switching desktops. Why does this happen, and how do I get rid of it permanently?
