Windows 11 How do I get "send a code" to reset his password to be sent to his new primary e-mail on his Microsoft account, not his original e-mail.

Hello, I am trying to help a family member, he got new e-mail and he has since updated his microsoft account with his new address and he also removed his original e-mail from his account. He has forgetten his microsoft account password. He is tried to log into his OneDrive with his new e-mail address, and clicks "I forget my password" and unfortunately, it ask him to provide his old e-mail and then sends him the code to his old e-mail. Luckily he had email forwarding turned on so was able to get it. He needs to be able reset password with the help of new e-mail, because he will be deletin
