Windows 10 How do I get the MSG command working on CMD?

Good Afternoon EST,I've been trying to get at this issue for a while, I have an issue where a coworker on my LAN (hardwired) is able to use the msg command and message me with no issues however I can't seem to message him back. I've checked his computer name computername (confirmed computer name is correct) and I am able to ping his computer with no issues. However I either get a message stating |user does not exist or is disconnected. | error 1722 | error 5| or * does not exist |.the commands I've been using:MSG * /SERVER:computername /TIME:60 "test"MSG /SERVER:computername * /TIME:60 "test"M
