Windows 11 How do I get the ReadyBoost option to populate in Windows 11?

I have an HP Laptop running Windows 11, with only 8GB RAM. The HD is The WD20SPZX-60UA7T0 - it is not an SSD; it’s a traditional 2TB 2.5" hard drive. I've formatted a 64GB USB memory stick as NTFS.
