Windows 11 How do I get to my emails on Outlook?

I've asked a related question before. My computer came with Mail. It works reasonably well. I can choose from five email addresses and see the inbox of each one plus a list of folders and settings. If I click on an email address on the Internet, I get a blue screen that lists those email addresses and I am asked to choose one. When I do, I get the format allowing me to write an email with the email address I clicked on appearing where it is supposed to.
