Windows 7 how do i get windows 10 for free?

I have windows 7 right now on my home computer, but I want windows 10 and I cant figure out how to get it and install it for free. I dont have much money since Im a disabled vet and live on my disability checks. Is there any way I can get windows 10 for free right from windows 7?
