Windows 10 How do I get Windows 10 to recognize me as the Administrator.

I've tried all the suggestions in the Community forum. I tried: C:\WINDOWS\system32>user administrator /active:yes Results from Windows: 'user' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I am so angry. I've lived with this for years and now I can't get my tax software to update because I don't have admin permissions.
