Windows 10 How do I get Windows 11 not to consolidate icons in the taskbar?

Hello,I upgraded to Windows 11, what can I do so that the icons don't consolidate and so I can have a "double height" taskbar like in Windows 10?This is driving me crazy as I normally have 10+Excel files open and it is very difficult to go find the one that I need without often times clicking on the wrong one and having to start again ... it is just not functional at all.Thanks!!
