Windows 11 How do I get Windows to boot instead of going to UEFI screen and finish its install?

Building a new PC (ASUS ROG Hero Z790 motherboard). Have a 2TB M2 motherboard-installed SSD I am trying to use as the Windows/System drive and have a secondary 4 TB SSD drive mounted via SATA. I am attempting to install Windows 11 via a Microsoft-supplied USB. I believe I have installed the O/S but once it does the initial install, it reboots, and when it reboots, it boots into the UEFI screen (see screenshot for UEFI screen settings for boot). I have to enter UEFI, exit and then hold down the F8 key to get into Windows, which then goes to the setup screen and then cannot get past the netw
