Windows 11 How do I let my child install apps without making the child an admin user and without having to enter an Admin PIN in Windows 11?

What happened to being able to create "Power Users" in the Microsoft OS, where they could install programs but did not have admin rights? As my child has to install apps at/for school, how can my child install those apps?I will NOT give the admin PIN to my child, and I should not have to enter the admin PIN every time (given previous mechanisms that the MS OS used to have). (Any solution that says to give admin credentials to the end user and then change them really has no understanding of information security.)I cannot find a mechanism in the family configurations, nor in the local account
