Windows 11 How do I make a new user on a computer that I do not have any access to my ONLY user account on my PC?

I had to reset my PC and I don't have access to my only profile/user on my PC. It doesn't let me sign in saying there is a failure with my user profile service and is not on my devices for my Microsoft account either anymore. I don't know how to make a user to use from a log in screen or anything. It's an Asus PC from 2017 that runs Windows 11. I cannot access the screen for settings or anything as this is my sole user on the account. I cannot stress this enough, I can only access the log in screen and nothing else on the PC.Please help me.
