Back then, when I got headphones (with a microphone), I've always used the front audio (headphone) jack of my computer (Windows 10) to use my headphones. I was able to hear audio and use my microphone normally. It was until we decided to temporarily swap monitors for the computer.Small backstory, the screen of the monitor we've temporarily swapped showed up as a black screen, and the only solution we thought was to temporarily swap monitors. So we used our old monitor as a temporary replacement. And when we eventually swapped back to our new monitor, the screen didn't show up as a black screen
