Windows 10 How do I move the boot partition to the primary disk?

I'm trying to figure out how to move System Reserved to from Disk 1 to Disk 0. I was able to shrink the C: drive by 500MB (creating unallocated space), but I cannot seem to figure out how to move the partition. I've attempted using AOMEI, but when I select Resize/Move Partition then select Assign free space from partition (*) to (*) I am then unable to select drive C: because only drive E: is listed. Am I able to clone the partition to Disk 0 (using AOMEI) then delete System Reserved on Disk 1?
