Windows 11 How do I move user folders to local drive in Windows 11?

My documents, desktop and pictures folders are all on OneDrive. I do not want to completely remove my files from OneDrive, but I do want those folders to be located on my local drive and to be able to choose which ones are backed up to OneDrive.
