Hey, I had a problem with opening exe files on my windows 11 it says, "This app has been blocked by your administrator" This goes for any exe file I download. it is a school laptop though. I've tried to enable the built in admin, but command prompt is block so I can't use the code that enables it "net user administrator /active:yes" it doesn't work in PowerShell either. it just says this user could not be found. any other suggestions on how to open exe files?
